You are responsible for a minimal co-payment
$70,000 – $79,999
60%
You are responsible for a 40% co-pay.
$80,000 – $89,999
40%
You are responsible for a 60% co-pay.
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Canadian resident for tax purposes.
- Have an adjusted family net income of less than $90,000.
- Not have access to a private dental insurance plan.
- Have filed your tax return for the previous year.
